The protection of your personal data is important to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (DSG).

Contact us

If you contact us by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored for six months for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass this data on to third parties without your consent.

Data storage

We store the following data for the preparation of offers: Name, Address, Telephone number, E-mail address. If no contractual relationship is established, this data will be deleted after a period of one year. If a contractual relationship is established, it is possible that further data must be stored for the purpose of order fulfilment. This data provided by you is required to fulfil the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. It is not possible to process your order without this data. Furthermore, your data will be passed on to a tax consultant to fulfil our tax obligations. Data collection on the website

When you visit the website, data is recorded by our IT systems. The web servers generate log files which contain the following information:

  • the pages accessed (URL)
  • the browser or browser version
  • the operating system used
  • the referrer URL (the previously visited page)
  • Host name and IP address of the accessing computer
  • the time of the server request

This data is collected automatically as soon as you enter our website and is necessary for reasons of operational security, to compile access statistics and to detect errors. The IP is anonymised and can therefore no longer be assigned to your visit to our website.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies. Cookies are text files that are placed and stored on a computer system via an Internet browser.

Numerous websites and servers use cookies. Many cookies contain a so-called cookie ID. A cookie ID is a unique identifier for the cookie. It consists of a character string that allows websites and servers to be assigned to the specific internet browser in which the cookie was stored. This enables the websites and servers visited to distinguish the individual browser of the data subject from other Internet browsers that contain other cookies. A specific Internet browser can be recognised and identified via the unique cookie ID.

By using cookies, we can provide users of this website with more user-friendly services that would not be possible without cookies.

Cookies can be used to optimise the information and offers on our website for the benefit of the user. Cookies enable us to recognise the users of our website. The purpose of this recognition is to make it easier for users to use our website. For example, the user of a website that uses cookies does not have to re-enter their access data each time they visit the website because this is taken over by the website and the cookie stored on the user's computer system. Another example is the cookie of a shopping basket in an online shop. The online shop remembers the items that a customer has placed in the virtual shopping basket via a cookie.

The data subject can prevent the setting of cookies by our website at any time by means of a corresponding setting of the Internet browser used and thus permanently object to the setting of cookies. Furthermore, cookies that have already been set can be deleted at any time via an Internet browser or other software programmes. This is possible in all common internet browsers. If the data subject deactivates the setting of cookies in the Internet browser used, it may no longer be possible to use all the functions of our website to their full extent.
