System requirements #

Operating systems #

  • Windows 7, 10, 11 (suitable only for demo systems!!!)

Minimum recommended hardware #

  • 2 gigahertz (GHz) or faster 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) processor
  • 16 gigabyte (GB) of RAM or more
  • 20 GB minimum available hard disk space

Additional hardware requirements to use certain features #

  • Network Card (100/1000 Mbit Ethernet), when Access Points AP1000 are being used in the system
  • Internet connection (fees may apply)

Required installed software #

  • Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5
  • Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6.1 (or newer)

Required server configuration #

The following default TCP ports are required for the application and the communication between services and devices (inbound/outbound from the servers point of view)

For the application

  • RDP = 3389 (inbound)
  • Data = 65100, 8080, 8888 (inbound) (older installations use the ports 9000, 9001 and 9002 instead of 65100)
  • If the SQL Server Express coming with the installer is installed on the same server with the application
    + TCP 1433 (für die benannte Instanz „FMTEC“ des SQL Servers)
    + UDP 1434 (for the SQL Server Browser Service)

For the communication with the access point AP1000 (discontinued hardware that uses myUTN-50 or myUTN-50a boards in combination with the SEH UTN Manager application on the server)

  • Data = 9200 (outbound)
  • Control Center = 80 (outbound)

For the communication with the access point AP1000-2

  • Data = 65001, 65002 (outbound)
  • Web Console = 80 (outbound)

For the communication with the update station STE2301

  • Data = 65001 (outbound)
  • Web Console = 80 (outbound)

For the LAN/RS422 convertor (used in combination with a Marker iMark-2 or iMark-3)

  • Data = 950...965 (outbound)
  • Commands = 966...981 (outbound)
  • Web UI = 80 (outbound)
  • Telnet Port = 23 (outbound)
  • Firmware Upgrade = 4900 (outbound)
