Security Container Lock
The electronic lock is available in different versions. The whole functionality is available in each lock, but depending on the operating mode and configuration, and according to the requirements of the application, the functions can be accordingly activated/deactivated to ensure an effective operation.
The Security Lock operates in two basic modes:
- Standard Mode: in this mode, the access rights and the basic configuration are programmed directly on the lock, without PC software. The events are continuously recorded and can be read on demand with the PC software at any time over radio communication. This seamless transition from the manually configurable security container to a container management solution on the PC, is not just a top investment security, but also allows anyone to protect his valuables or expensive equipment with a minimal start-up investment.
- Professional Mode: The management of access rights and containers, respectively the entire system management, is made using the PC software SECOLO Management Center. This keeps the operation of the system always easy, even at the highest functionality demands of the security containers. Whether smart card with PIN code or multi-person identification is asked, site-bound or time-depending unlocking is needed, with the SECOLO Management Center the operation is a breeze.
Container independent! The security lock can be installed in almost any container made of metal, plastic or other materials. The application decides which type of container is the right one. SECOLO transforms almost every container into a security container!
Security of the system! The SECOLO Security Card gives each system its own unique identification, thereby ensuring that all security containers that were registered in the system are able to communicate only within the system. To avoid any possibility of attack, all transfered data is protected using the internationally recognized AES encryption algorithm.
