SECOLO 24h Self-Pickup System

Pickup goods around the clock, without additional personnel!

"Self-pickup should not be delivery trusting to luck!" Customer deliveries stay unattended for collection in front of the company building. Everyone could gain insight or take the goods! There is no record of when the goods have been picked up!

The SECOLO 24h Self-Pickup System, with the advanced electronic container lock, Security Lock SL1001, can be equipped according to the company-specific requirements, with different sized containers. It provides, both the company and its customers, increased security and convenience in the delivery of goods by self-pickup.
 
Container filling!
Since the SECOLO containers, in contrast to depot cabinets, are fixed by a quick-arresting system, the filling can be made more comfortably in the shipping and/or packaging department. The filled container is then brought back to the pickup area.
 
Assign access rights to the container! Stand-alone system with PIN code:
  1. The customer receives for pickup a one-time PIN-Code.
  2. After filling, the PIN-Code is programmed directly on the container.
  3. The customer receives the number of the container by phone or e-mail.
  4. The container is fixed in the pickup area using the quick-arresting system.
  
Software-based System:
  1. The shipment receives a delivery order with the customer number. The customer is located by entering the number in the pickup system.
  2. The appropriate container will be filled, matching the delivery order. The container number is assigned to the customer in the software or it is scanned.
  3. If the customer has a contactless smart card (for example, regular customers), this will be loaded by radio in the assigned container. If the customer has no card, the software generates a random 4 to 8-digit PIN-Code and transmits it to the container.
  4. The software sends an e-mail or SMS to the customer and informs him about his access credentials and that the goods are ready for pickup.
  5. The container is fixed in the pickup area using the quick-arresting system.
  6. When the container is opened and the goods are picked up, an electronic booking is created, which is transmitted by radio to the software and from now on is available for further analysis.
