Manfred Falch is founder and CEO of Future-Management Technologies GmbH. His professional experience of more than 20 years includes the fields of electronics and software development, the development of mechatronic locking systems as well as national and international sales buildup and staff management.
In 1986 he began his successful career in the quality assurance department of a major corporation in Liechtenstein. In 1988 he moved to a reputable, international Austrian company. In the position of an authorized signatory and deputy managing director he took a major part of the responsibility for the upgrowth of this company, which at last employed more than 100 members of staff.
With numerous innovations, some of which being under patent and design protection licensing, he brought his business units to the level where they now constitute the main lines of business of the company.

Eng. Thomas Aufschnaiter has more than 20 years expertise in electronics development. His great experiences in many application areas of electronics are one of the excellences of his personality. As a pioneer in the development of RFID-technology, he also has an excellent knowledge in this field.
In his career, Mr. Aufschnaiter was 15 years the Managing Director of the Austrian branch of a well known manufacturer of environmental data collection devices. In this position he managed not only the development of electronics for measurement and control technology, but also practiced intensive contact with European customers to consider their needs and market insights into the developments of the products.

Dipl. Eng. Marius Damian built over ten years of expertise in the development of software applications after finishing his university studies on information technology. His experience ranges from user experience design, database architecture to secure electronic communication with intelligent peripherals in the field of security technology. Additional knowledge resulted about the optimal distribution of electronic data and intelligence between the server applications and peripheral devices, knowledge able to solve in a future-oriented manner the increasing responsibilities of the equipment and the associated communication effort.
This comprehensive understanding enables Mr. Damian to create concepts that perfectly interconnect the devices of the FM-Technologies and the customer applications. Integrating the solving of complex problems into the software and at the same time achieving the highest possible user-friendliness is regarded as one of his main objectives.
